What exactly defines â€Å"good† or â€Å"great sex† and what are the conditions to having â€Å"great sex†? The media often times tries to influence its audience to associate what it perpetuates as reality. One’s own personal experience can help outline conditions for great sex. According to Zilberg, â€Å"In a sexual situation, a condition is anything that makes you more relaxed, more comfortable, more confident, more excited, more open to your experience.† Good sex involves many factors. Of these factors, non-verbal and verbal communication are of the most importance. Feeling intimate and emotionally close to your partner, feeling sexually capable, feeling trust, feeling positive about the environment or the situation, and embracing one’s own sexual desire and eroticism are all requirements for good sex, according to Zilberg. Bernie Zilberg’s conditions of good sex challenges the media’s depictions and portrayals of wh at good sex is and what good sex shall appear as.
